How long after I place my order will I receive my commission?

The wait time for commissions to be completed is approximately 4-6 weeks at this time. I open my books only a few times a year and take a limited number of commissions, so this should always be roughly the case, but there will be busier periods throughout the year way it may take longer. I will always communicate that clearly with you from the beginning, and of course I will try to accommodate any deadline you may have in mind (ie if you’re ordering for Mother’s Day or a loved one’s birthday)

Are your rates flexible?

I can sometimes be flexible on the total amount depending on your budget and the details of the piece :) Don’t hesitate to reach out so we can see what is possible. I’m nice!

How does the process work?

Once you’ve reviewed the above pricing and decided to book, simply reach out to me via the form below. I will get in touch with you so we can make sure the project is a good fit, and to collect reference photos of your furry loved one! Once I have the reference photos and we’ve gone over all the details, I will start the project. Once the portrait is all done, I will send you a photo for final approval and then send it your way!

Are there any other sizes or shapes of canvas available?

While I try to stick to the above standard sizes, I am of course open if you have a specific size or special canvas shape in mind! Don’t hesitate to reach out to me with your vision and I will see if I can accommodate it.

How far in advance do you book commissions?

This is still a process that I am figuring out! For the moment, I will generally be booking a month or two at a time. However if you really need something for a special occasion later in the year, please reach out to get booked in now to ensure delivery.

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices are listed in CAD.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I am a big believer in making art accessible and am happy to offer flexible payment plans based on the needs of my clients.

 Policies & Additional Fees

Orders placed with two weeks or less required turnaround time will incur a rush fee of 25%-100% of the project’s total cost, depending on the scope of the project.

Please note that the above prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. Federal & Provincial Taxes are not included here but are applicable to all projects.
